Description:
The process is launched by Viewpoint Corporation software. It can be used by Viewpoint Media Player and Viewpoint Toolbar. The process supports update of the applicatons, which stand under its control. It is achieved using Customer Unique Identifier (CUID), which a user can associate with adware/spyware programs. But the process does not belong to these types. Its launching can be prohibited by selecting "Disable auto-updating for the Viewpoint Manager".
